Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas is bringing the terrifying world of Resident Evil to life this summer in an immersive new experience inspired by Capcom’s legendary survival horror franchise. Running from July 9 through August 30, 2026, the limited-time event invites guests to step directly into the nightmare of Raccoon City and put their survival instincts to the test.
As soon as guests enter Universal Horror Unleashed, they’ll find themselves transported into a city overrun by the deadly T-Virus outbreak. The experience unfolds across six themed zones, each designed to recreate iconic moments and locations from the beloved video game series while challenging visitors with interactive missions, puzzles and encounters with the undead.
Journey Through Raccoon City
The adventure begins in Zone 1: Arrival, where guests are welcomed by a weathered “Welcome to Raccoon City” sign as flashing emergency lights and frantic police activity signal the chaos unfolding around them.
In Zone 2: Mission, visitors enter the Raccoon City Police Department and work through a series of interactive puzzles as they race to contain the outbreak. The tension escalates in Zone 3: Infection, where guests venture into a quarantined section of the city filled with ravenous zombies and encounter familiar figures such as Ada Wong.
Face Iconic Heroes and Villains
The action intensifies in Zone 4: Combat, where guests come face-to-face with legendary Resident Evil characters including Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine and Leon S. Kennedy. Visitors will witness epic battles between the franchise’s heroes, hordes of zombies and notorious villains before having the opportunity to interact with the characters and take photos. The experience culminates in Zone 5: Escape, where guests must complete one final mission in order to survive the outbreak.
Umbrella Corporation Takes Over
Those who make it out alive will enter Zone 6: Aftermath, a themed Umbrella Corporation environment featuring limited-time food and beverage offerings inspired by the T-Virus and its terrifying mutations. Specialty cocktails and themed menu items will be available for purchase, though guests are warned to stay alert—an unexpected encounter could be waiting around any corner.
