Featuring two immersive walkthrough trails and (for the first time ever!) the Nightmares of Christmas Slay Ride, there’s so much to see and do at this independent Plant City attraction.
We were so excited to attend the opening night of this year’s Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas. Let’s explore the unique attractions and experiences coming to this event for the 2024 season.
Nightmares of Christmas Haunted Slay Ride
Witness multiple tales of Christmas woe aboard Sir Henry’s FIRST EVER Holiday Haunted Slay Ride! A 10-15 minute experience, guests will hop on a tractor-driven vehicle for a journey through a variety of spooky scenes and Christmas-themed stories. Along the way, riders will encounter live actors, special effects, detailed sets, innovative jump scare tactics, stunning visuals, and even a face-to-face meeting with a vengeful St. Nick.
I ADORE this addition to Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas! A wintery version of the attraction’s Halloween Haunted Hayride, this is essentially a theme park-style dark ride with live actors and personalized interactions. You really won’t find anything else like this spooky experience in the state of Florida, and you MUST NOT MISS IT!
Haunted Trails
Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas includes two highly themed trails: Silent Knives and Krampus Returns.

Silent Knives
Within the city streets at Christmas time, chaos and darkness run rampant. Beggars harass those in the streets for help. Greedy clerks hold on tight to their money. Rumors of ghosts cover the city in a dark veil. Out of this despair, a group of carolers has found a new sense of fulfillment in killing. Door to door they move but these happy carols are only followed by their silent blades to victims’ throats. Will you escape the blade of these killer carolers?
A terrifying walk through city streets and cursed buildings, Silent Knives is full of creepy encounters with dark characters and concepts. Guests will explore virtually every corner of the afflicted town and the surrounding woods, narrowly escaping the caroler’s blades.
But what makes this trail even more unique is the actor’s use of dark humor and personalized interactions. Many of the performers made sure to directly interact with me and my group, creating some truly memorable holiday moments. These conversations ensure that no two trips through Silent Knives are ever exactly the same!
Krampus Returns
Every Krampusnacht, Krampus and his minions come out to snatch bad children and take them back to his lair. But the naughty children are the worst they have ever been! So Krampus has brought more than just his minions to terrorize. Discover a whole new world of Krampus and see if you can escape his grasps this Christmas.
Full of jump scares and terrifying visuals, Krampus Returns is a creepy journey through each room of an ominous mansion. As guests walk the haunting hallways, they’ll find lots of naughty children taunting Krampus and meeting their ultimate fates. As a parent, some of these vignettes were incredibly difficult for me to watch. I love that Sir Henry’s was able to create such impactful moments! If you’re a fan of this holiday legend, you’ll LOVE this trail!
Additional Holiday Activities
In addition to the included trails and Slay Ride, guests can add extra holiday activities to their evening at Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas. For a small fee, event attendees can solve a five-minute escape room, test their skills at axe throwing, or compete against their friends at laser tag!

One of my most anticipated spooky holiday events, Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas is full of memorable scares, interactive performers, fun characters, and gorgeous wintertime visuals. With the brand new Nightmares of Christmas Slay Ride, two immersive trails, creepy photo backdrops, horrifying walk-around characters, and a variety of festive add-on activities; Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas offers a satisfyingly spooky experience for horror aficionados and Halloween devotees. I highly recommend Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas for anyone looking for an eerie addition to their holiday itinerary!
Know Before You Go
- You MUST purchase your ticket online. No admission sales are available at the gate.
- These trails take place outside on unpaved paths. I highly suggest wearing closed toed, comfortable shoes.
- Just like anywhere in Florida, there may be bugs! Wear bug spray for your comfort and protection.
- Sir Henry’s is a popular Florida haunt and likely to experience busy evenings. You can purchase a VIP ticket for faster entry into the two trails and Slay Ride.
- Parking is FREE at Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail!
