(Orlando, FL) Universal Orlando Resort has just unveiled an exciting preview of what’s set to be their most terrifying and immersive attraction yet! In 2025, Universal Epic Universe will open its doors, and one of the standout experiences will be “Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment.” This groundbreaking ride is part of the highly-anticipated Dark Universe, one of five immersive worlds coming to the new park. It promises to take guests deep into the heart of horror with iconic Universal Monsters coming to life like never before.
In this thrilling attraction, guests will find themselves inside Frankenstein Manor, where the brilliant but misguided Dr. Victoria Frankenstein—the great-great-granddaughter of the original Dr. Henry Frankenstein—attempts to control a terrifying array of monsters. But, as you might guess, things don’t go according to plan! Her creations, including Dracula, The Wolf Man, Frankenstein’s Monster, and The Creature from the Black Lagoon, break free, plunging riders into a wild, fearsome chase.
The attraction will feature 14 of the most advanced animated figures ever created, each more lifelike and spine-chilling than the last. You’ll come face-to-face with Dracula’s menacing glare, feel the razor-sharp claws of the Wolf Man, and try to escape the hulking Frankenstein’s Monster as they wreak havoc.
Not quite ready to plunge into the terror? No worries! You can still explore the eerie world of Dark Universe, and snap a picture with your favorite monster!
If you thought you knew horror, think again—because Universal Orlando is raising the bar on thrills and chills! Keep an eye out for more updates, and prepare yourself for the ultimate monster mash in 2025!
