Haunted Hayride
Within the foothills of Midnight Falls, the leaves turn brown and the veil between the living and the dead is at its thinnest. The Witch of the Woods has cast her spell to summon the spirits of the underworld to cross over and assimilate into form. The Hayride leads to a thrilling adventure of horrors afflicting the town. Dazed within the spell cast upon them, the Witch commands her army of crops and flesh to seek revenge on the people that have casted her out. The Spirit of Halloween comes to life surrounding helpless victims brave enough to board The Hayride.

An almost ten minute long adventure, the Haunted Hayride is an exciting journey through a variety of spooky set pieces, special effects, and live actors. Scenes include characters and inspirations from science fiction, classic slasher movies, and other common fears.

Halloween icon Janelle Monáe has returned with another legendary party and this year, you’re invited. Step into the Monáe Manor where it’s Halloween every night and things aren’t quite what they seem. Where the walls talk and the music blares. You may have more than one ghostly encounter at this twisted soiree and it may even be from your host!

With a variety of stunning digital and visual effects, Monáe Manor is definitely the most technically advanced of the L.A. Haunted Hayride mazes. I adored this attraction’s lighthearted vibes and enjoyable atmosphere!
REIMAGINED! Trick or Treat
Local homes inside Midnight Falls spring to life, driven by the spirit of Halloween But it is soon discovered the ghoulish residents have far more tricks on their mind than treats. The wondrous magic of a traditional neighborhood Halloween celebration is turned upside down as terrors stalk the streets in Trick-or-Treat.

Hellbilly Halloween
Venture deep into the backwoods of Midnight Falls where a long rumored cannibalistic family has taken in the spirit of Halloween by dishing out diabolical tricks filled with horrifying treats.

Definitely the most gruesome of the three mazes, Hellbilly Halloween is a fan-favorite L.A. Haunted Hayride attraction. This maze includes gory imagery and intimidating characters. I had plenty of jump scares in this returning trail!
Other Festive Fun
In addition to the included attractions, the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride features several add-on experiences. For an additional fee, you can play a mini escape game, shoot zombies with gellyballs, take a spin on the Scary-Go-Round or visit Madame Aurora’s Seance Theatre.
Madame Aurora’s Seance Theatre
Madame Aurora, the world famous spiritual medium, has brought her travelling show to Midnight Falls. Step into her tent and watch as she reaches out to the spirit world, but beware of who or what may answer her call. Not everyone on the other side is benevolent.
Prepare yourselves for an encounter with the supernatural that you won’t soon forget. This ten minute immersive theatrical experience is not for the faint of heart!
The only upgraded activity we experienced during our visit, Madame Aurora’s Seance Theatre was a thrilling live show with special effects, paranormal themes, and personalized interactions. At only $10 per ticket, this experience is well worth the price! Consider adding it to your evening at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride!
