About Fear Farm
A locally popular and widely recognized attraction, Fear Farm has spent most of its operating seasons in Phelan, California – a desert town in San Bernardino County. Evolving from a simple tarp and strobe light to its present-day intricate facades and maze designs; Fear Farm’s new home will bring it closer to Los Angeles audiences (satisfying both loyal fans and newbie attendees).
Fear Farm’s 2024 Halloween Season
For this year’s Halloween season, Fear Farm will feature two immersive mazes, a haunted hayride, and two zombie survival games.

Sundown Manor
Built in 1863, this Victorian masterpiece was constructed by oil tycoon Rick Boker as a wedding gift for his beautiful bride Terry. This beautiful structure sits directly in the middle of the small town called Fear Farm Hollows. Shortly after its completion, tragically, Terry lost her life giving birth to their son. The baby survived the birth only to pass away three days later. The tragic loss of his family was what caused Mr. Rick Boker to go insane. Three days after the loss of his family, Mr. Boker hung himself in the master bedroom. Over 160 years later, the manor still stands, and guests claim all types of paranormal activity throughout the estate…

Barnaby Rust Clown Circus
In the summer of 1937, Barnaby Rust’s Psycho Circus opened its doors to the public. This traveling circus and sideshow performed all across the country, entertaining thousands of guests. But behind the curtains and cheering crowds lies a dark and sinister secret. All across the country, children began to disappear whenever the circus came to town. Some people believed that the children just ran off to join the circus. But the reality is that Barnaby Rust had a literal taste for children. And he never wasted one ounce of the delicious meat. His dark secret was only discovered after one tragic night in 1944.
A totally different vibe than Sundown Manor, Barnaby Rust Clown Maze features brightly colored rooms, comedic gags, and unsettling horror.
Haunted Hayride
Fear Farm’s most family-friendly attraction, guests will board tractor-driven trailers and ride through several horror-filled scenes.
Zombie Survival Attractions
This year’s Fear Farm will feature TWO immersive zombie-survival games. How will you survive the outbreak? Flight or Fight?
Zombie Survival Flight Experience
It’s been 2 years since the zombie virus ravished the world. Millions have died. The US military and the CENTER OF DISEASE CONTROL have created a safe zone west of the Rockies. You have found yourself completely unarmed outside of the safe zone. You must escape through the sewers to find the entrance to the safe zone. These sewers have tunnels, multiple pathways, moving walls, multiple changing exits, and even loops. If you find a path is too physically difficult to do, look around there is always another way of getting through.
A haunted version of flag football, participants in the Zombie Survival Flight Experience will need to carefully maneuver a themed maze while wearing a belt of flags (or “lives). Check out the show preview below for more game play instructions:
Zombie Survival Fight Experience
It’s been 2 years since the zombie virus has ravished the world. You have been conscripted in to the CIVILIAN ZOMBIE RESPONSE TEAM. Your job is to complete specific missions with in the infected zone. You will be armed with the latest in zombie disposal weaponry. Once you are assigned your weapon, your squad leader will assign your role in the squad.
Shoot and dodge the zombies in order to avoid becoming one of the infected!

Getting Tickets to Fear Farm
Fear Farm will run select evenings September 27 – November 2. There are a variety of ticket types and upgrades available, however ALL admission passes grant entry into ALL FIVE haunted attractions (two mazes, two zombie survival games, and the hayride).
VIP and RIP Tickets
VIP tickets include general parking as well as one front-of-the-line entry for each attraction. For an even more premium experience, consider purchasing the RIP package with preferred parking, one non-alcoholic beverage, and unlimited front-of-the-line entries to all attractions.
Ticket Upgrades
No matter which ticket you choose, you can upgrade your experience with various options such as extra zombie ammo or additional lives for the survival games.
