What is the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival?
The Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival is a two-week event focused on unjuried and uncensored works of performance art. While similar festivals exist all over the world, Orlando Fringe is the longest running event of its kind (33 years!) within the United States. Fringe Festivals are generally known for featuring alternative or experimental pieces of art, so you really never know what you’re going to find!
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – Tuesday, May 14th!
Local theatre fans are invited to kick off the annual festival with a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Orlando Family Stage! After the ceremony, guests will enjoy the National and International Artists’ Teaser Show featuring one-minute performances from touring artists. These groups represent six countries and 13 states! The Orlando Fringe Festival will return to Loch Haven Park and Downtown Orlando from May 14-27, 2024. This 14-day immersive cultural experiences will feature over 1,000 ticketed performances, a free Outdoor Stage, Kids’ Fringe activities, as well as a Visual Fringe gallery. As the longest-running Fringe theatre festival in the United States, Orlando Fringe is founded on being: 100% uncensored, 100% unjuried, 100% accessible, 100% inclusive and 100% of all tickets go directly back to the artists!

Getting Tickets to Orlando Fringe
Not sure how to Fringe? Here are some tips and tricks!
- In order to attend any Fringe show, you will need a 2024 Festival Button and individual show ticket. Buttons cost $10 each and can be reused during the entire Festival. You can reserve your button online!

- Attend a wide variety of shows including comedy, drama, burlesque performances, solo productions, and more!
