With a soft opening scheduled for next month, Helena Modern Riviera will bring coastal European flavors and Mediterranean dishes to International Drive’s ICON Park! Taking over an 8,000 square foot anchor location (previously Tapa Toro), the restaurant will remain open as it slowly transforms into a brand new dining experience.
A Taste of the Mediterranean
Helena Modern Riviera will feature incredible European cuisine curated by a Michelin-recommended chef. Transporting guests to the coastal regions of France, Spain, and Italy; the menu will include selections such as branzino, lamb, fresh tiramisu, and even a watermelon and feta salad. Of course, the restaurant will also offer custom-designed cocktails like The Helena – made with Tito’s vodka, muddled raspberries, basil, egg white power, and a green sugar rim garnish.
European Ambiance
Helena Modern Riviera isn’t just about the food. It’s about the experience! Giving rise to a contemporary and coastal-chic vibe, the entire restaurant will be refurbished to include comfortable lounging areas and an expansive patio to encourage the European tradition of al fresco dining.
Helena will feature live entertainment throughout the week, celebrating the diversity of European culture as well as ICON Park’s visitors. From Spanish-inspired Gypsy Kings to Moroccan music and lively Havana Nights, Helena ensures a variety of dinner experiences for its patrons.
Soft Opening & Valentine’s Day Event
While the transformation will not be completed until Spring 2024, Helena’s soft opening begins on February 14 with a very special Valentine’s Day event. For $110 per person, guests will receive an exclusive taste of what is to come with limited seating and a Prix Fixe menu.
