A brand new addition to the Central Florida haunt community, Fear Reach Scream Park features three terrifying trails, a rustic bar with signature cocktails, live rockabilly entertainment, a tent filled with carnival games, and more! Located in Tavares at the Far Reach UPICK Ranch, the Scream Park is an incredible addition to your Halloween itinerary.
We were thrilled to be invited to attend Fear Reach Scream Park’s opening weekend. It’s a remarkable new attraction, filled with detailed haunts, memorable show scenes and characters, and lots of Halloween fun. I can’t wait to tell you all about our experience. Fear Reach Scream Park’s Haunted Trails
Admission to Fear Reach Scream Park includes three haunted trails (Chainsaw Chase, Bloodline Barn, and Grimoire Manor). Each of these distinct trails offers a unique story and experience.
Chainsaw Chase
Described as a “visceral” experience, Chainsaw Chase features a 2,500 square foot labyrinth filled with strobe lights, music, and chainsaw-wielding performers!
While this is the least detailed of the three trails, I definitely enjoyed my walk through the weapon-filled maze. It was possible to get lost inside the complicated pathways, and the ever present chainsaw noises definitely amped up the tension!
Bloodline Barn
After suffering the loss of his beloved wife, a rage-filled farmer (with a degree in veterinary science) begins experimenting with genetic manipulation and complicated surgical solutions. This trail included gory imagery, human/animal hybrids, and lots and lots of blood.
I ADORED this highly detailed and thrilling trail. Bloodline Barn includes not one, but two full show scenes as well as terrifying themes and set pieces. I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but I will say that Bloodline Barn offers a gritty addition to the park.
Grimoire Manor
Linked to the Bloodline Barn story, Grimoire Manor includes ghostly visages and visits from the beyond. Inside the house of the grieved farmer, guests will encounter paranormal happenings and spiritual entities.
Another amazing haunted trail, Grimoire Manor takes guests through two-story scenes, treacherous hallways, and even a few animatronic scares. But what really sets this trail apart is the carefully themed and designed set! Using gorgeous lighting effects and meticulously detailed decor, haunted house fans really should not miss Grimoire Manor!
Pitchfork Parlor
Between haunted trails, find some rest and relaxation at the Pitchfork Parlor. Featuring rustic and creepy decor, live entertainment from The Dismembered (a rockabilly band), handcrafted cocktails, lawn games, and even a few s’mores; the Pitchfork Parlor is the perfect place to hang out and connect with your family or friend group.
Dr. Deviant’s Game Emporium
Inside this festive carnival tent, you’ll find a wide variety of fun games and challenges. Try your hand at axe throwing, toss a few plastic rings, or play a little bit of Tic-Tac-Toe (using “real” severed toes, of course). All the proceeds from Dr. Deviant’s Game Emporium will directly support Dona Vista Arts, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing art supplies for local schools.
Freaky Thoughts: Fear Reach Scream Park
Wow! Fear Reach Scream Park is an AWESOME addition to Florida’s haunted attraction landscape! I am so impressed by the level of detail and interaction in their haunted trails, and the Pitchfork Parlor is a gorgeous place to hang out with friends. If you’re haunted house fan or Halloween enthusiast, DO NOT MISS Fear Reach Scream Park!
Visiting Fear Reach Scream Park
Fear Reach Scream Park will run every Friday and Saturday evening from now until November 4. They will also be open on Halloween night. Operating from 7pm – 12am, tickets for Fear Reach Scream Park are date specific with a required timed entry selection. So make sure you buy early to secure the best available time slots!
All tickets include single entry access to each trail as well as unlimited visits to Dr. Deviant’s Game Emporium and Pitchfork Parlor & Bar. Upgrade to a Speed Pass option for shorter lines. Tickets are available on the Fear Reach Scream Park website!
