Corsets and Cuties, a “Best of Orlando” voted burlesque troupe, is celebrating its ninth anniversary – and you’re invited! Presenting a special anniversary production on August 20th, this birthday show will include guest stars, giveaways, and, of course, lots of glittered-up skin.

About Corsets and Cuties
A year-round burlesque cabaret, Corsets and Cuties isn’t just about the art of the tease. Instead, they work to empower their performers and their audience to harness their own individuality, sexiness, and power with their unique and innovative approach to this long-established craft.
Corsets and Cuties History
Founded in an Orlando living room, Corsets and Cuties was created to provide an outlet for local artists that may not fit the “traditional” perception of a burlesque dancer. As a longtime theme park performer and Orlando-based artist, Jaimz recognized not only the need for a more open and representative local burlesque troupe but also the sheer availability of incredibly talented dancers, creatives, and other individuals living in Central Florida. With these previously untapped resources, a deep respect for individuality and diversity, and a lot of hard work – Corsets and Cuties was born!
Corsets and Cuties Performance Style
Corsets and Cuties is what is known as a “burlesque cabaret.” This means that, instead of following a set theme or outline, each Corsets and Cuties production features a wide variety of numbers and acts. Allowing their performers artistic freedom and creative expression, each dancer designs a routine that speaks to their individual strengths, talents, and personal style – resulting in a stunning collection of distinct performances. In addition to the expected teases, past productions have included live singing, aerial acts, pole dancing, and even a speed cupcake eating performance. By encouraging their cast to tap into their unique strengths, Corsets and Cuties creates powerful displays of self-expression and artistic creation.
And this commitment to representation and diversity is what sets Corsets and Cuties apart from literally every other burlesque troupe I’ve ever seen. By focusing on each performer’s individual strengths, qualities, style and allure; they are sending a very clear message – we are all at our absolute sexiest when are truly, confidently, and unabashedly ourselves.
9 Year Anniversary Show – August 20th
What better way to celebrate such an empowering troupe than with a fabulous Anniversary show? Corsets and Cuties’ 9 Year Anniversary performance will take place on Sunday, August 20 at 7pm. Located at Downtown Orlando’s The Abbey, the production will include special guest stars (like local performer Saige Love), exciting giveaways (from longtime Corsets and Cuties sponsor and locally owned business – Premier Couples Superstore), the debut of their annual Anniversary video and of course, plenty of scintillating dances and acts from the stellar burlesque cast.
