From the brilliant minds that brought you Carmilla: An American Gothic (Joshua C. Thomas and Clark Levi), comes a brand new, supernatural, horror stage play called The Devil’s Coda! This 65-minute, one-act production will debut at Winter Park’s Breakthrough Theatre on August 3.
Described as Hereditary meets The Woman in Black, this chilling melodrama follows a young woman who discovers a supernatural piano with a sinister connection to her family’s past. Written by Ashley Alonso and directed by Luana Fugulin, the talented cast includes newcomers Sam Meneses and Pao Ayala as well as local veterans Kelly Wells and Cristina Ramos. In the crew, you’ll find lighting designer and stage manager Rowyn Sam, sound designer Gray Lefkowitz, and props manager Kendall Myers.

The Devil’s Coda will run for three performances at the Breakthrough Theatre Company in Winter Park (6900 Aloma Ave): August 3 at 9:45pm, August 4 at 8:15pm, and August 5 at 5:45pm. Tickets are $15 and will be available soon at breakthroughtheatre.com.
