We had the awesome opportunity to check out the 5:30 Kickback at Drury Plaza Hotel and were blown away by the variety of hot food options, fresh salad selections, and fully stocked bar. This is an amazing perk for guests staying in the Disney Springs area.

The Drury 5:30pm Kickback
Served daily between 5:30-7:30pm, the Drury Kickback includes light snacks like soup and salad or heavier options such as nachos, baked potatoes, or hot dogs. The Kickback also features a rotating entree like BBQ sliders or Alfredo penne pasta. Plus, guests of drinking age can enjoy up to THREE FREE cocktails EVERY DAY!
My Experience at the Drury Hotels 5:30 Kickback
Located on the amenities floor, the 5:30 Kickback is served in a beautiful dining room complete with multiple buffet stations, two bars, dedicated beverage areas, and plenty of seating. The entire room is lined with large windows overlooking Hotel Plaza Blvd and the surrounding Disney Springs area.
The Food
Every day, the Kickback menu includes green salad, steamed mixed vegetables, baked potatoes (with toppings bar), nachos and cheese or salsa, hot dogs, and a soup selection. A rotating entree will make sure the guests get a variety of food during their stay. On my visit, I got to try Alfredo penne pasta with chicken strips!
If guests are looking for just a light snack, they can grab a bag of fresh popcorn from the machine!
The Drinks!
Guests over the age of 21 are invited to enjoy up to THREE free alcoholic drinks during the 5:30 Kickback. Options include mixed cocktails, wine, and local beers.
For those who choose not to drink alcohol, there are also several, dedicated, self-serve drink areas with a selection of sodas and coffee.
Freaky Thoughts: Drury 5:30 Kickback
Wow! What an amazing perk for Drury Hotel guests. While the Kickback is billed as a “heavy afternoon snack,” savvy and strategic visitors can absolutely substitute their evening meal with this amazing menu. I found plenty of options to fill up on, and the rotating entree ensures that guests won’t get bored of the options.
