From May 19 – September 4, head to the Gaylord Palms Resort for the “Summer of More!” This year’s celebration features a pirate and princess theme with plenty of colorful decor, kid-friendly shows, and lots of awesome activities for the whole family.
Summer of More Attractions and Activities
During the “Summer of More,” friends and families can enjoy an LED light show, explore a pirate-themed walking trail, conquer a 30-minute escape room, and much more. NEW! Kids’ Craft Experience with Pirates and Princesses
Inside the Adventure Kids’ Clubhouse, children can create beautiful treasures under the tutelage of a pirate or princess. The Clubhouse will be open every Friday from 4-8pm and Saturday from 11am-8pm.
NEW! Summer Light Show
Viewable from anywhere inside Gaylord Palms’ stunning atrium, the “Illuminate the Night” show includes LED light curtains displaying seasonal images.
Pillage Plunder in the Pirate’s Treasure Escape Room
Complete the puzzles and find Captain Hornswoggle’s hidden treasure in 30 minutes! This activity is available Friday and Saturday evenings as well as select dates during the event.
Hide & Sea-k
Use a special pirate map to find hidden treasure around the resort’s 4.5 acre garden atrium.
Get to Know Florida’s Wondrous Summertime Wildlife
Every Saturday from 5-6pm, get up close and personal with some of Florida’s indigenous wildlife.
Captain’s Quarters Trail
A themed trail in the middle of Gaylord Palm’s beautiful atrium, this pathway offers a bounty of photo opportunities. Enjoy the incredible decor including maps, treasure chests, and more pirate goodies!
Adventure Kids Summer Fun
Join Adventure Kid Sophie, Seth the Sea Turtle, and Ava the Alligator in a live show exploring conservation, wildlife, and nature stories and songs.
Summer Movie Series
On select nights, resort guests can enjoy the “Summer Dive-In Movie Series” in the 3-acre Cypress Springs Water Park.
