Bruce Ryan Costella, an award-winning solo performer and creator of last year’s Spooky and Gay, will perform his newest play at the 2023 Orlando Fringe Festival. Rat Man Happy Place, a sardonic love letter to theme park culture, will open on May 17th at Hamburger Mary’s in Downtown Orlando.

Equal parts theme park satire and interactive storytelling, Rat Man Happy Place is a comedic tour of the “happiest” ruins on a post-apocalyptic Earth. Described as children’s theater for weird adults, Rat Man Happy Place promises to be a unique production celebrating attractions and the exceptional communities that form around their fandoms.

Rat Man Happy Place will play select evenings May 17 through 28 at Hamburger Mary’s 110 W. Church St. Orlando, FL 32801. Check out the show schedule below:
Wednesday, May 17th at 7:50p
