Recently, we had the awesome opportunity to try Teatro Martini – a musical and comedic variety show brought to you by the creators of Pirates Dinner Adventure. Intended for guests 17+, this lively production includes catchy dance numbers, acrobatic feats, impressive talent acts, raunchy humor, and lots of fun! PLUS, Teatro Martini guests enjoy a delicious three course meal and access to one of Orlando’s most beautiful speakeasies. What a memorable evening!

The Teatro Martini Experience

Arrival

Teatro Martini is located in the same complex as Pirates Dinner Adventure. The show runs approximately 90 minutes, and it does start promptly at 8:30pm – so don’t be late!

We arrived about thirty minutes before our scheduled showtime to check in for our reservation. After finding our information and giving us our seating ticket, the attendant told us to use the password “I don’t give a d*mn” to get into Jewel – a secret speakeasy!

The Jewel Orlando Speakeasy

Open before, after, and during the show; Jewel is a classic speakeasy with plenty of seating, gorgeous decor, a stocked bar and a late night food menu. Jewel also features live dueling piano shows and Orlando’s signature charitable gambling experience! Purchase a few chips and try your luck at games like roulette and craps. If you win big, you can redeem your tokens for a special prize.

For the month of March, Jewel’s charitable gambling supports the Blatantly Honest Foundation – a local organization focused on anti-bullying efforts.

You do not have to attend Teatro Martini in order to enjoy the speakeasy’s charitable gambling, dueling piano shows, and special menu. Jewel is open to the public every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Visit their website to find out more information or to make a reservation.

Teatro Martini Show

As showtime approaches, guests will be called through a secret passageway into the gorgeous theater. Your waitress (who doubles as one of the performing “Jewels” onstage) will take your drink orders and the fun begins!

Opening with Madame Talia (the evening’s emcee) and three comedic sidekicks, Teatro Martini is a delightful journey through a variety of fun dance numbers, audience participation games, and jaw-dropping acts. While your actual line up may change due to performer availability or other factors, our show featured impressive appearances from Magician John Kinney, Anna Jack and her incredible hula hoop routine, the athletic feats and beautiful dance moves of Beautiful Benji, and the plate-spinning coordination tricks of Magnificent Maks.

The sheer variety of acts interspersed with comedy breaks and games worked together to create a high-energy environment and really entertaining show! We had an amazing evening!

The Delicious Three-Course Dinner

In addition to the lively entertainment and stunning talents, Teatro Martini includes a delicious three-course meal.

Our first course consisted of a Caesar salad with mixed greens, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and a creamy dressing. 

For the second course, guests can choose from three entrees: Steak Kabobs, Chicken and Mushrooms, or Veggie Penne Pasta with basil pesto. I chose the Chicken Mushroom Meal with Yukon gold potato puree, seasonal vegetables, and a mushroom demi glaze sauce.

Wow! I really enjoyed this meal. The potatoes and vegetables were so delicious, and the mushroom sauce added a great flavor to the whole plate.

For dessert, we had a slice of rich cheesecake drizzled with fruit sauce. One of my favorites!

Freaky Thoughts: Teatro Martini

With the combination of vibrant entertainment, mouthwatering food, unique activities, and hours of fun; Teatro Martini is a great option for date nights and outings with friends. We had such a great time, and it’s so unlike most of what you’ll see in Orlando. If you don’t mind a bit of adult content and loud music, I definitely recommend checking it out!
