Drive The Haunted Road Now Through November 6th!

The Haunted Road, a spooky drive-thru attraction featuring lurid ghost stories and gruesome gore, has returned with an all-new theme, walkable experience, festive Afterlife Party, and VIP upgrades. Running select evenings now through November 6th, The Haunted Road offers a unique form of horror-centric entertainment for families and friend groups! 

Earlier this week, Orlando Decoded was invited to a special Media Preview of The Haunted Road. While we were not able to experience the full drive-thru attraction (heavy rains had made the dirt and grass roads practically impassable), we did get to sample some of the other entertainment and amenities available at this event. Thank you, Haunted Road, for inviting us out! 

The Haunted Road: Human Slaughterhouse Edition

This year, The Haunted Road features more spooky fun and bloody entertainment than ever before – including a brand new storyline and cast of terrifying characters! In The Haunted Road: Human Slaughterhouse Edition guests will come face to face with flesh-craving, beastly ghouls looking to enact their REVENGE on unsuspecting mortals. 

But that’s not all the ghosts have in store for you! For the first time, Haunted Road general admission tickets include so much more than just the drive-thru story. Guests will also experience a walkable, haunted house-esque finale as well as the open-air Afterlife Party! 

The Haunted Road Drive-Thru

The centerpiece of this seasonal attraction, start your evening with a terrifying, 25-minute drive down an all-new route of The Haunted Road. Your journey will consist of five scenes, all telling the story of The Human Slaughterhouse and its animal/human hybrids! 

While I was not able to drive The Haunted Road during the media preview, I have experienced this piece of the attraction in previous years. Based on my past coverage, I expect this trail to include frightening (and potentially gory) imagery, jump scares, horrific themes, and plenty of general spookiness. The Human Slaughterhouse

After your grisly drive down The Haunted Road, park your car and head to The Human Slaughterhouse. This is a walkable, haunted house-type experience that includes several terrifying characters and scenes – including a final conclusion to your drive-thru story. 

Afterlife Party

Congratulations! You’ve managed to survive The Haunted Road AND The Human Slaughterhouse. It’s time to party! At the Afterlife Party, you’ll find plenty of live entertainment, a spooky vendor market, and delicious refreshments available for purchase. 

Haunt Market

In the Haunt Market, you can peruse a wide variety of Halloween and horror-themed merchandise. Provided by local artists and vendors, spooky fans will find everything from jewelry to handbags to creepy home decor! 

Food and Drink

Feeling a bit hungry or thirsty after all those scares? At the Afterlife Party you’ll find a selection of food and beverages available for purchase. Come check out the onsite food trucks and outdoor bar – all provided by local small businesses. 

Spooky Entertainment

While you’re enjoying the available refreshments or choosing a new horrifying handbag, you’ll be treated to a wide variety of pop-up performances and live entertainment. Groove to music from a live DJ, take a selfie with a walkaround scaractor, or be dazzled by a performer dancing with real fire! You never know who (or what) will show up! 

How to Get Your Ticket to The Haunted Road

The Haunted Road will run on select evenings now through November 6th. Tickets start at $19.99 per person with the exact price varying by your chosen show date. For a smooth entry process, be sure to book your timed admission in advance online, and fill out the required waiver prior to your arrival window! 

VIP Ghost Tour

For an even more intense view of The Haunted Road, schedule a VIP Ghost Tour. Starting at $25.99 per guest, these 30-minute walking tours use real ghost-hunting equipment to explore some of the most infamously haunted sites on the property. VIP Tickets also include Express Entry to The Human Slaughterhouse and Afterlife Party Bar.
