From May 13-September 5, celebrate a Summer of More at the Gaylord Palms! Along with the Resort’s fabulous dining options, exciting Cypress Spring Water Park, and full-service spa; guests will experience an invasion of Pirates and Princesses during this fun event!

Pirates & Princesses Academy
Learn how to be a brave pirate or beautiful princess in this live, interactive show! With musical tales of adventure and enchantment, successful “students” will have the opportunity to recite the official princess oath or pirate pledge to join their chosen crew!
Tickets are required to experience The Pirates & Princesses Academy. Each admission pass starts at $16.99 and can be purchased on the Gaylord Palms’ website.
Secret Garden Escape Room
You have 30 minutes to escape this beautiful garden, filled with puzzles, riddles, and brain teasers. Is that a mischievous fairy flying above? I wonder if she has any helpful clues!
Reservations are required to play the Secret Garden Escape Room. Pricing starts at $120 for a group of four players.
The Captain’s Quarters Bar
In this themed, pop-up bar; you’ll find a variety of seasonal cocktails and mocktails!
Captain’s Quarters Trail
After quenching your thirst at the Captain’s Quarters Bar, traverse the Captain’s Quarters Trail. Adorned with ship parts and pirate tools, this walk-through experience is full of social media-worthy photo opportunities!
Illuminate Florida Light Show
Each evening at 8:45pm, watch the Gaylord Atrium come to life with newly updated light curtains. This beautiful show includes images of famous Florida landmarks – from the swamplands to the beach!
Shiny Stash Scavenger Hunt
The Princess has hidden the kingdom’s riches, and it’s up to you to find them! Explore the Gaylord Palms’ expansive atrium to locate all the missing treasure. Completed quest booklets can be turned in for a special prize!
The Shiny Stash Scavenger Hunt is a ticketed activity. Families and friends can participate for $12.99 per booklet.
Animal Encounters with Wild Florida
Learn about a pirate’s favorite feathered friend (the parrot, of course) and native Florida snakes during an educational, weekly visit from Wild Florida! In addition to the free presentation, guests will have the opportunity to observe a gator feeding at Gator Springs or fish care at the Key West Lagoon!
Adventure Kids: Join The Club!
Join Adventure Kid Sophie, Seth the Sea Turtle and Ava the Alligator as they explore conservation and nature in this live, musical production! Adventure Kids: Join The Club is a complimentary hotel offering. Check with Guest Services for the most up-to-date show schedule!
