From March 4 – May 8, Gaylord Palms celebrates the season of flowers and sunshine with Once Upon A Spring! This event will feature a wide variety of festive and colorful activities; including a garden-themed escape room, cookie decorating, stories with Mother Goose, animal encounters, and more!

Paint Me A Fairytale
In this live, interactive stage show; Mother Goose leads audience members on a musical journey through some of her most famous stories. Featured tales include Little Red Riding Hood, The Princess and the Pea, and Jack and the Beanstalk. Running on select evenings throughout the celebration, tickets for Paint Me a Fairytale start at $16.99.
ART Bar
A colorful pop-up option in the atrium Castillo, ART Bar serves a variety of fruity and botanical cocktails and mocktails.
Springtime Sweets Cookie Decorating
On Saturdays throughout the springtime celebration, you can decorate your own selection of seasonal cookies! This interactive, hands-on activity also includes a visit from the Easter Bunny.
Journey Into Spring Escape Room
Grab a group of clever family and friends to decipher riddles, find clues, and ultimately solve your way out of this dreamlike garden! Journey Into Spring is an all-new and totally original escape room. Open on select days from 6-9pm, this experience costs $75.99 for a group of four!
Eggspression Garden
In this self-guided, walk-through experience; guests will encounter larger than life Easter eggs, colorful flowers, and plenty of photo spots.
Blossomin’ Bunnies Scavenger Hunt
Use your book of clues to find all eight bunnies hiding throughout the 4.5 acre hotel atrium. Successful sleuths will win a special prize! The scavenger hunt is available daily (throughout the Once Upon A Spring event) for $9.99.
Springtime Light Display
Each evening enjoy a beautiful light display celebrating springtime, Easter, and this season of new beginnings. Using Gaylord Palms’ newly upgraded, animated light curtains; the show will feature images of bunnies, flowers, and Easter eggs.
Animal Encounters with Wild Florida
During select dates and times, join Wild Florida for up close encounters with native wildlife (including alligators and snakes)! Presentations will teach guests how these important species fit into the overall Florida ecosystems.
Adventure Kids: Sprout Into Spring
Young nature lovers are invited to join Seth the Sea Turtle, Ava the Alligator, and Sophie the Adventure Kid on an interactive and educational journey through the Gaylord Palms atrium. This program is complimentary with showtimes each Saturday afternoon.

Celebrate Easter Sunday (April 17) with a scrumptious buffet at Villa de Flora. Guests can also grab a personalized greeting and photo with the Easter bunny from 10am – 3:30pm.
