Within each of the Universal theme parks, you’ll find a variety of dining options. Snack carts and counter service locations are great for a quick bite, but for those wanting a more substantial break or extensive menu – each park includes two table service restaurants for daytime guests. At Universal Studios Florida, those locations include Finnegan’s Bar & Grill – an Irish pub located in the New York section across from Revenge of the Mummy.
Finnegan’s Bar & Grill Experience
Finnegan’s Bar & Grill offers two large seating areas as well as a full service bar. While I’m sure it is possible for this location to rack up quite a wait (especially during peak times on the busy season) we were only given a short, fifteen minute return time.

Periodically, you might catch some live music in the bar area! I am normally sensitive to loud sounds, but this music was played at a reasonable volume and simply added to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Unless you are seated right next to the stage, the decibel levels shouldn’t be a problem at all.
Finnegan’s Bar & Grill Food
Finnegan’s menu includes a variety of popular Irish-inspired dishes like Scotch Eggs, Bangers and Mash, and Pot Pies. If this kind of fare isn’t your chosen culinary style, Finnegan’s also includes more classic theme park food like burgers and fries.
Bread service is no longer automatically provided, but it is still available upon request. Consisting of traditional soda bread and a cinnamon-flavored spread, it was a delicious appetizer for our meal!
For lunch, I chose the Beyond Burger Vegan Shepard’s Pie with green peas, mushrooms, carrots, celery, and onion. Wow!! Not only was this a tastefully satisfying meal but the portion size was HUGE! I loved every bite and left the restaurant full and ready for the rest of the day. I highly recommend this vegan dish!
My meat-eating friend got the Tipperary Corned Beef Sandwich. Served on a warm pretzel roll, this dish includes sautéed onions, Swiss cheese, and a whole pickle! I didn’t try it, but he said it was pretty delicious!

Finnegan’s Bar & Grill features a lively atmosphere, air-conditioned seating, and great-tasting food (including vegan options)! If you have time in your day for a more leisurely meal, I highly recommend taking the opportunity to enjoy this unique theme park dining option.
