With services such as massage, skin care, and yoga/meditation classes; Pura Vie Holistic Studio offers a variety of wellness options to their local community.

Massage Therapy

Pura Vie Holistic Studio provides a wide range of massage therapies, including Eastern techniques, therapeutic massage, and unique tools like Himalayan stones and hemp oil for muscle relaxation. Their most popular service, Ayurvedic Massage, uses silk gloves to rub aromatic oils (specifically chosen for your individual needs) into the skin – releasing toxins and promoting relaxation. Here’s a short video from their website about the practice:

The newest addition to their massage offerings is from Hawaii. Lomi Lomi is a sacred healing art practiced by shamans and handed down through the generations. With an emphasis on full body wellness, this massage uses rhythmic movements of the hands and forearms.
