Starting as early as TOMORROW NIGHT, you can get into the holiday spirit at Oviedo Mall with a variety of delightfully festive (and some are even spooky!) events. Mark your calendars as we explore all the upcoming Christmas fun!
Thursday, November 18th – Santa Arrives!
Beginning at 5pm, Santa will return to the Oviedo Mall – greeting families and taking photographs. To celebrate his arrival, enjoy a variety of performances (courtesy of Penguin Point Productions) and family activities (provided by Calliope Street, Mad Science Laboratory, Toy Box Life, Friendly Confines, District Eat & Play, and more)! And don’t miss the official lighting of the Oviedo Mall Christmas Tree at 6:30pm!
*Photos with Santa will continue throughout the holiday season. For those with sensory concerns, attend the special sensory conscious event on December 5th from 10-11:30am. If you have a furry friend, bring them for pet photos on November 29th from 5-7pm.*
Friday, November 26th – Oviedo Mall Annual Holiday Market Begins!
Beginning on Black Friday, Oviedo Mall will again host its Annual Holiday Market. Every Friday from 3-8pm and Saturday from 12-6pm through December 18th, shoppers can browse a variety of local vendors and artisans.
Friday, December 3rd – Deck the Mall!
It’s a tale of two Christmas seasons with bright lights and cheerful carolers on one side of the mall and a Krampus meet and greet invading the other. This event runs from 5-7pm. Naughty children, beware!
Saturday, December 18th – Christmas Ghost Stories!
Visit Oviedo Mall’s Community Room at 1pm and 3pm for a live retelling of the story of Krampus. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.penguinpointproductions.com. Later in the evening (7pm), you can enjoy a friendlier tale – “Twas the Night Before Christmas” with Mrs. Claus!
