Walt Disney World’s Most Magical Celebration begins October 1st with special decor, costumes, and the opening of Epcot’s Ratatouille Adventure . Today, Disney announced additional entertainment offerings debuting during this special 50th anniversary.
Nighttime Spectacular “Disney Enchantment” to Light Up Magic Kingdom
With music, fireworks, and (for the first time ever) projection effects extending from the Castle down Main Street U.S.A.; Disney Enchantment will kick off the celebration with tales of magic, adventure, and empowerment.
Disney KiteTails Added to Daytime Entertainment at Animal Kingdom
Inside the Discovery River Amphitheater, guests can watch performers fly windcatchers and kites of all shapes and sizes. Out on the water, massive kites (some up to 30 feet long) will depict favorite animal characters like Simba, Zazu, and Baloo. This show will occur several times daily.
Fab 50 Sculptures Will Debut throughout the Four Theme Parks
Also debuting October 1st, view beautiful golden statues throughout all four Walt Disney World theme parks. With a total of 50 glorious sculptures, your bound to find one of your favorite characters depicted!
