Wild Florida‘s newly expanded (from 85 to a whopping 170 acres) Drive-Thru Safari is open to the public! To fill those extra acres, they’ve increased the existing animal population by adding new herds of wildebeest, water buffalo, zebra, eland antelope, and more! You can also find three new ostrich, two camels, five more Highlander cattle, and an all-white elk.

With the driving trail increasing from 2 miles to a total of 4, this is an incredible expansion to an already immense experience. “We’re thrilled to expand our Drive-through Safari in more ways than one this summer,” says Sam Haught, co-owner of Wild Florida. “Not only will it be incredible to grow our existing herds and give them a more authentic environment they would normally have in the wild, but to also showcase this diversity of species to guests from the comfort of their own cars.”

Purchased admission to the Wild Florida Drive-thru Safari Park includes unlimited trips through the habitats as well entrance to the attached Gator Park. General ticket prices are $31 per adult and $22 per child, but there are discounts available for Florida residents.
