Jeff Shell, NBCUniversal’s CEO, dropped some new information about Universal’s much anticipated new theme park – Epic Universe!
- This will be the largest of Universal’s domestic parks.
- It will be anchored by beloved IP’s such as Nintendo, DreamWorks, and Illumination. Shell was sure to emphasize a Nintendo focus.
- The park will open in a “couple of years.”
No other details were given. While we know that Illumination and DreamWorks are responsible for other IP’s represented in the Florida parks, – like Shrek and Despicable Me – we have no indication which characters will be used in Epic Universe.
We look forward to bringing you more information as details are released!
