The 30th Orlando Fringe Festival Has Come to an End… But DigiFringe Lives On!
Did you miss last month’s Festival (or just need more Fringe)? DigiFringe will run June 4-18, offering digital versions of Festival favorite performances.
What’s Orlando Fringe/DigiFringe?
Orlando Fringe is a local arts festival with tons of theatrical performances, visual art pieces, and community building activities. Fringe shows are 100% uncensored and 100% unjuried (artists are chosen by lottery instead of audition). DigiFringe is a digital version of the in-person celebration with prerecorded productions available for online viewing.
What Shows Will Be Offered?
With 60+ shows to choose from, there’s a a Fringe performance for everyone. Available productions include multiple genres such as cabaret, dance, standup, puppetry, drag, and comedy. Visit digifringe.com for a full listing of shows and their descriptions. Remember that the artists are completely uncensored, so be prepared for literally anything (but that’s part of the fun)!
How DigiFringe Works
Tickets are on sale now! You can choose a single performance or consider a multipack for the ultimate DigiFringing experience. Choose 10 shows for $90 or 25 for $200. While a small “button fee” will be added to your overall ticket price, 100% of the base admission sale will be given directly back to the artist (just like at the in-person Festival).
Once purchased, you can watch your selected show anytime during DigiFringe dates. Or if you prefer, you can join one of the live watch parties to enjoy the performance with family, friends, and other theatergoers – you can even chat with each other or tip the artist online!
