Universal has updated their website with 2021 Halloween Horror Nights (HHN30) event dates AND a teaser for one of the expected (and now officially announced) houses: Beetlejuice!
The Beetlejuice house was open for Halloween weekend in 2020. While it is expected that the house will return with some upgrades, you can read about our experience here.
So, we now KNOW that Beetlejuice will be one of the houses. Additionally, Puppet Theater:Captive Audience, an original concept, was announced last year right after the close of HHNLite.

From the website, it looks like we can expect a total of ten houses, five scare zones, and one live show.
Here are the exact event dates:

We also have a new tagline: Never Go Alone!

Last year, we made the difficult decision not to hold Halloween Horror Nights. Now we’re back for our 30th year and can’t wait to make you scream. Experience terrifying haunted houses, sinister scare zones, outrageous live entertainment and some of the park’s most exhilarating attractions. You definitely need someone to cling to, someone to hide behind, somebody to panic with. Because just as in horror films where the first to wander off meets a terrible fate, there’s one thing to remember at Halloween Horror Nights: Never go alone.
Time will tell what pandemic precautions will still be in place during the event. Regardless, it’s amazing to know that the event is still planned for this year AND fans will still have the opportunity to enjoy the much anticipated Beetlejuice house.
This is a developing story. Check back for more details!
