CycleBar Hamlin’s Mission Statement
While there are a few locations opening within the Orlando area, today’s article is specifically focused on the upcoming Hamlin location. Expected to open in March of 2021, this facility will offer a variety of premium amenities, exciting classroom options, and lots of opportunities to achieve your fitness goals. A state of the art audio system and tiered cardio theater will provide an exclusive feel to this premium workout experience.
What kind of classes are included?
As the name implies, CycleBar only offers indoor cycling, interval-based workouts. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t variations between the instruction types. CycleBar actually offers five different types of workouts so that all members can find a match for their fitness needs. Let’s take a look at the available options:
- Classic – Classic rides provide a balanced workout with a mix of strength and endurance challenges.
- Performance – Similar to the classic class type, performance rides incorporate group challenges and competitions to motivate your mind!
Both Classic and Performance classes use a device called a tech pack. This monitor captures a rider’s workout statistics, such as RPM’s, gear setting, and mileage. By tracking these numbers, patrons can watch their progress from the very first ride to hitting their initial fitness goals and beyond! - Connect – Connect classes do not use a tech pack. Instead, riders are encouraged to engage with the music and their bodies in this challenging exercise.
- Empower – Empower classes are focused on cycling endurance. There are fewer standing portions in the workout and little to no choreography.
- Xpress – This is a 30 minute version of the traditional CycleBar workout.
Once operational, CycleBar Hamlin will host up to 5-6 classes per day. Exact times and variations are yet to be determined, but the staff will consider the scheduling needs and preferences of its members and local community.

What amenities are included in a membership?
Memberships include premium amenities, such as towels, a reusable water bottle, and shoe usage for each class. (CycleBar requires the use of specially-designed shoes that actually clip into the bike.) Members will also have access to lockers and special snacks, including bananas and protein bars, to fuel their ride.
Oh, and remember that included water bottle? CycleBar provides complimentary, filtered water for its attendees.
How will CycleBar Hamlin protect its members from COVID-19?
Just like any other business, CycleBar Hamlin is dedicated to the safety and health of its members. Until the overwhelming concern for COVID-19 has passed, class size will be limited. Bikes will be distanced and masks will be required unless actively exercising. All riders will be subject to a temperature check and expected to remain at home if they are displaying any symptoms of the virus.
With recent studies, effective air ventilation has been proven as an important defense against the coronavirus. Using the award-winning Reme Halo air filtration system, CycleBar provides one of the highest possible levels of indoor air quality.

How much does membership cost?
While there are more restricted options, the best value available is the unlimited membership. This level includes all of the previously discussed amenities as well as the ability to ride as many times as you’d like in a given month.
For a limited time, you can sign up for a special “Founder’s” rate of $119/month (regular price $179/month). You’ll need to pay for your first month in advance, but you won’t owe any additional payments until 30 days after the club opening.
CycleBar requires no long-term commitments! Memberships are given on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice to the management.
When will CycleBar Hamlin be open?
While no official opening date has been announced, CycleBar Hamlin expects to open sometime in March 2021. Stay tuned as outdoor classes may be available prior to the grand opening. Make sure you follow their Facebook and Instagram accounts for up-to-date information!
