On May 14, CityWalk will begin a partial re-opening of its shops and restaurants. Venues will be open from 4pm-10pm daily.
To protect the health and safety of its guests and team members, Universal will ask EVERYONE to comply with the following safety standards:
While Universal discussed requiring guests to submit to rapid COVID-19 testing via swab or blood test, that will not be required at this time.
Universal will also offer cashless payment systems at all venues and comply with governmental capacity regulations.
The venues opening during this first phase are as follows:
Self-parking will be free until further notice and no valet option will be offered. Nightclubs, Universal Cinemax, and the Blue Man Group remain closed for now.
